The Agrarian Livelihoods Development Organization has completed national registration with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission and opened its headquarters at Hai Mauna, Juba.
Founded by South Sudanese professionals with careers spanning international agencies, ALDO begins its formal chapter with food security, gender equality, and climate resilience at the core of its 2026 to 2030 strategy. The organization already carries an operational field presence in Aweil East, Gogrial West, and Twic, built over more than two years of community work.
Registration is a milestone, not a starting line. It formalizes a body of work that has already reached more than 500 households, roughly 80 percent of them women, and it opens the door to the institutional partnerships that will let that work grow.
